Every Player Belongs. Every Achievement Matters.

At Donegal Youth Soccer, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of soccer. TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is an inclusive, community-based program designed for young athletes with physical, intellectual, emotional, or developmental disabilities.

Through adapted soccer activities, positive encouragement, and individualized support, TOPSoccer gives players the opportunity to develop skills, build confidence, make friends, and enjoy the game in an environment where everyone belongs.

Every athlete brings something unique to the field.

TOPSoccer welcomes boys and girls ages 6–19 with physical, intellectual, emotional, or developmental disabilities. No previous soccer experience is necessary.

  • All Abilities Welcome: No minimum skill level or previous experience required.
  • Individualized Participation: Activities are adapted to meet players where they are.
  • A Supportive Environment: Encouragement, patience, and positive reinforcement throughout each session.
  • Progress at Your Own Pace: Players are encouraged to participate, explore, and achieve personal goals without pressure.

The Heart of TOPSoccer: Our Volunteer Buddies

Behind every great TOPSoccer experience is a community of people who care.

Volunteer Buddies play an important role in helping athletes feel comfortable, encouraged, and included. Whether assisting with activities, offering encouragement, or celebrating a player’s accomplishments, Buddies help make every session a rewarding experience.

You don’t need to be an experienced soccer player to make a difference. A positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to help can go a long way.
